Mr. Baker has retired after 30+ years at the Sale Barn, and

McClain Auctions is looking forward to keeping the tradition of

the friday night Auction alive.

Apartment/Moving Sale- EVERYDAY TiL IT'S ALL GONE-clean & cheap stuff (Fairview)

**First of all this is NOT a one day event, I will keep this post up until everything is gone and keep the ad updated to know what is sold and what's still available.** I have a picture of everything I am selling so when you look at the list you can ask me what number or numbers you're interested in from my list and I can send you pictures of every item. I will also have a handful of misc. stuff for 50 cents a piece and another box full of $1 items, you know like a real garage sale would have. Everything is clean and worth selling or I wouldn't post it, and i have descriptions to help you know what condition things are in. I'm moving across the county in 3 months and won't be able to take most of the things I own so everything must go and the money is going to be greatly needed and appreciated to help pay for the gas money i'll need to make it back... cash only and dont be afraid to make offers!!..

*** Here's what i got:



1. Large Book Shelf- $10 ~brown fake wood ~ 3'5"tall x 1ftdeep x 2'6" wide

2. Small Book Shelf- $5 ~redish brown fake wood ~ 2'6"tall x 9.5"deep x 2'1"wide

3. T.V. Stand w/ wheels $10 ~brown fake wood ~2'6"tall x 15"deep x 1'11"wide

4. T.V.(Philips brand had for 2 years & only been used to watch dvds/in good shape)- $50 or $55 w/ DvD Player ~ grey color ~ screen is 16.5"wide x 12.5"tall & t.v is 21"deep x 21"wide

5. DvD Player- $10 ~ Tru-Tech brand 2 years old, grey/silver color, small 9"x9" square

6. Plastic Shelves- $10 each ~ Sterilitie brand, they both have four shelves including the top, one is 34"wide 14"deep 57"wide and the other measures 28"wide 15"deep 54"tall. I used these as dreesers and kept my clothes on them.

7. 2 Drawer Plastic Table/not sure what to call it- $10 ~ Sterilite brand, just two large stackable drawers i used for all my computer stuff, light beige color holder and grey drawers 18"wide 22"deep and 26"tall

8. Tan Foot Stool (used as small table no feet have been on it- w/ lid & storage inside to hold 2-4 small blankets)- $5 ~ tan color ~ 15" cube all around

9. Foot Stool w/ metal legs- $5 ~ charcoal gray metal legs & top has a design on it (this was used as a foot stool but no bare feet, you could very easily make a cover for it) 12"tall x 13" deep x 17" wide

10. Wood Dresser w/ Mirror & (7 Drawers: 3 small & 4 big) $75 ~light brown stained wood on surface & drawer fronts / black sides, bottom trim, mirror frame & drawer knobs ~ mirror is 3'4"tall x 2'8" wide with frame & whole dresser is 2'5"tall x19"deep x 4'10"wide and in great shape

11. Lamp- $5 ~ brown basic pillar shaped base w/ cream/tan shade 2ft tall & shade 1ft wide

SOLD!-12. Portable DVD Player- $20 ~

13. Fake Tree/Tall Bush (w/ a string of white xmas lights-i use it for a dim light)- $10 ~ has a small wooden box it's "potted" in & has 2 stalks that that go up & make it 6ft tall

14. Couch- $20 or $25 w/cover ~ couch is old and used-you would be the 3rd owner, no disgusting stains or smells i promise, is tan in color with a somewhat tree branch/flowers/butterfly pattern on it which i really like but also have a cotton grey/beige cover that is too big for the couch but it still covers it and you tuck it in

15. Air Puifier w/ Reusable Filters- $20 (Honeywell brand- bought for $119 one year ago) ~ white w/ grey filter grills on front and back ~ 2'3" tall x 9"deep x 6" wide

16. Two (2) Aluminum Folding Lawn Chairs- one @ $10 or both @ $15 ~ light and dark blue striped with light blue arm rests (only went camping twice)

18. Mirror- $5 ~ has 7"on each long side of ivy leaves ontop of a criss cross pattern like this xxxxx, it is frosted/painted or etched on the mirror ~ 4ft tall x 3ft wide ~ two of the corners have a small chip

20. Rotating Table Fan- $10 ~ Holmes brand: the Blizzard, black color, a little dusty/dirty from use ~ 13"tall x 10"wide

21. Small Air Purifier- $10 Holmes brand, clean, white, used 5 times at most and I have an extra new filter for it ~ 9"tall x 9"wide

22. Shoe Rack- $3 ~ white metal ~ 10"tall x 25" wide and extends to become 45" wide

23. Dart Board- $5 ~ very few holes, in good condition

24. Mini Ironing Board- $3 ~ never used, has legs to set on ground & hook to hang up in a closet, grey with orange/pink/green/purple/yellow circles patern ~ 30"t x 12"w

SOLD!- 25. Microwave- $10 ~ Goldstar brand, clean, one year old, white color ~ 10"tall x 19"wide with a 10" rotating plate inside.

SOLD!- 26. Toaster (2 Slice)- $5

27. Hot Sandwhich Maker- $5 ~ Magic Chef brand, white, 2 years old, clean makes two sandwhiches at a time and presses the bread into two half pieces

28. Stainless Steel Teapot- $5 ~ was a gift & used it once boil water while they were over

29. Wine Glasses- $2 for all ~ there are 3 total, regular plain wine glasses

30. Pyrex Cassorole Dish- $5 ~ clear and nothing wrong with it, 8"x8"

SOLD!- 31. Dutch Oven type Baking Dish with Lid- $5

32. Muffin Baking Tray- $3 ~ 3 rows of 4, measuring 14"x10" = 12 cupcakes

33. Broiler Pan- $5 ~ nothing wrong with it, 17"x13"

34. Curtain with Rod- $15 ~ The rod is very dark brown and square/pyramid shape on the ends and can hold heavy curtains which i have 3 seperate panels that are dark brown, size of each curtain is 40"wide 84"long

35. Cooler- $10 ~ 60qt, 19"wide 20"tall and 17"deep, called an -igloo Ice Cube-, Blue with white lid, two wheels on bottom back where a handle extends out, a few scratches from use but nothing damaging

36. Beaded Doorway Curtain- $10 ~ 33" wide and 58" long, some of the finish is coming off SOLD!-37. Back of Door/Over Top of Door Coat hooks/rack- $2

38. Leather Phone Case (never used)- $5 ~ Black, bought it for $10 two months ago & have the reciept for it but not the packaging it came in otherwise i would return it.

39. Left Wrist Splint- $3 ~ TruFit brand, wore for one day so its practically brand new!

SOLD!- 40. Croquet Set (Brand New-Never Opened)- $15 ~ Sportscraft brand, all fits in a blue and black bag with a large carrying handle 28" wide 10"tall and 3" wide

41. E-Z UP Instant Shelter/Outdoor Sun Tent/ many uses- $200 ~ (worth $800 brand new!) very easy "pop up" shelter, possible to have one person set up though it suggests you use 2 people, color is black and has logo MTX Audio on it in white and red. only thing wrong is case to hold it is dirty (you can wash it) and there are about 5 pinholes and one tear on the side which is still connected and can be patched easily. Size is 20'wide and 10'deep, the toatl height until your head would hit the support bars is 7' high but to the top of the tent it measures 12' high.

42. Bicylce- $50 ~ Pacific brand; Timber Trail model. Red, 21 speed, used a maybe a dozen times over a year ago when i got it, may need some air in the tires.

43. Furniture dollies (3)- $5 each ~ one of them has a long chip missing but it would take an extremely heavy load to actually break it ($3 for that one), has fabric padding/not rubber.

44. Cooking Mixer- $5 ~ Hamilton Beach brand, white with clear bottom case to store it standing up with the two mixers and the whisk attchment also stored in the bottom case. 45. Two 4 gal. buckets of Carpet Glue- $5 each ~ Shaw brand, pressure sensitive, enviromentally friendly, never opened.

46. Curling iron/Crimper- $3 ~ Conair brand, dark blue plastic. Crimper plus two curling iron attachments, bought for my 80's hair last Halloween and forgot to bring it on the plane, so never used.

47. Some type of table attachment/maybe for carfts or work- $5 ~ this is part of an arts-n-crafts table set but i dont have the table anymore. it would be easier to see a picture but there are two "metal arms" that you screw under a table and there is a 24"x9.5" piece of white plastic with a plug and 3 outletson the right side and 4 holes where there are 3 removable cups and and the reast has 8 differnt sized indentaions to hold stuff. Had to describe, good for craft table of some kind.





48. Several things for $1 each: 3 ashtrays, plastic egg holder for cooler/camping, picture frames unopened, photo album unopened, a seashell puzzle never opened, 25' tape measure, Plumeria perfume, 3 small white plastic crates, and misc stuff..



49. Several things for .50 each: plastic drinking pitchers, various kitchen utentils- meat thermometer/can opener/serving spoons/potato peeler/turkey baster/small metal strainer with handle/melon baller, plastic cups, pink fuzzy slippers never worn, 8oz tubes acrylic paint, picture frames, photo album, shot glasses, candle holders, 2 plain glass vases, nicknaks, mini bookmark thats also a dictionary, birthday candles, pumpkin carving tools, austrailan cattle dog key chain, drink coasters, bag with stuff for small xmas tree-lights/colored balls/star for the top, and misc stuff..



50. Plus a small amount of free stuff not worth asking any money for, and i'm sure i'll have more stuff to add to the cheap boxes soon. I hope you find something you're looking for!!
